British Airways Galleries Club Lounge的点评
点评：I am very disappointed with T5B Club Lounge experience.
I usually fly with Qatar but due to the situation in the Middle East, I thought I would try BA Business Class. Friends had recommended the T5B Club Lounge and reviews suggested it was the best one, so with plenty of time to spare, I came here.
Positives:
- it is quiet
- very comfortable and lots of seating well spaced out
Negatives:
- no wine glasses (this is business class- come on!!)
- no champagne / prosecco glasses (again- business class!!)
- food was cold- pasta was congealed and potatoes were chewy
- burger bar - cheap tasting burger in a bun- no frills
- cheese and biscuits was behind the counter so you were limited as to what you could have
- the food choice was limited- two cakes and ice cream tubs for dessert for example
- tables needed cleaning much quicker - some were cleared but not wiped- really shoddy
Honestly, I am hoping that the in flight experience is going to be better.
At this rate I will be heading back to Qatar for a much better business class experience.

- 汉堡吧提供的不过是些廉价且毫无特色的汉堡而已
- 奶酪和饼干都放在柜台后面，能挑选的种类十分有限
- 可选的食物种类极少——比如甜点就只有两种蛋糕和一盒冰淇淋
- 桌子需要更频繁地清理——有些桌子虽然被收拾过，但并未擦拭干净，实在敷衍了事
说真的。我希望飞行体验能够有所改善。照这样下去，我恐怕得回到卡塔尔去享受一下品质好得多的商务舱体验了。
