点评：We did this as an employee appreciation with our company! We had so much fun! We started with drinks in the cafe then went downstairs to the coffee bean area! They taught us the difference in different beans, flavors, tastes, how the coffee is made, it was so very informative! We got to taste the different kinds (I’m not a coffee drinker) but I’m excited to try to start drinking coffee! We were able to take a can of freshly made roasted coffee home! After that we went in the rail bikes! We did the 10AM ride and it was beautiful! I have bad legs (lymphedema) we rode the 4 seater! Going out was pretty easy, was beautiful! We stopped at the end and walked around, got some pictures and they spoke to us about the history of the town and cattarugus and the FUTURE! I can’t wait to go back with all that they have planned! I won’t ruin it for you!!!! Then we peddled back that wasn’t as easy but I was still able to do it!! Overall a very nice experience to do with a spouse, family, work event, (they were also having a baby shower at coffee shop that day) ! Thus is definitely a must do in NYS!!! Highly recommend!
