点评：I, along with a few friends, did the Kilimanjaro Hike and Serengeti Safari with Mathan and his company Forever Athletic, and I can’t thank them enough for the incredible experience.
Kilimanjaro Hike – For just the two of us hikers, Mathan provided 2 experienced guides, 1 chef, and about a dozen porters — 15 team members in total. Every single one of them delivered true 5★ service. Without their support, I would not have been able to reach the summit. The guides were with us every step of the way, encouraging us gently with the “Pole-Pole” approach, never pushing or forcing. I noticed larger groups of 15+ hikers with only a few guides, where people were being pushed from the front and pulled from the back. By comparison, our small team with dedicated support made the climb far more personal, safe, and enjoyable. I owe my successful Kilimanjaro hike entirely to this amazing team.
Serengeti Safari – Eight of us joined a 6-day, 5-night safari across Tarangire, Manyara, Ngorongoro, and Serengeti. Each game drive was better than the last. The guides knew exactly where to go and when, ensuring we saw everything from elephants, giraffes, zebras, and wildebeests to dozens of lions, leopards, and cheetahs—often multiple times! By the end, seeing these majestic animals felt almost natural because we had experienced so much. The lodges Mathan arranged, right in the middle of the parks, were simply breathtaking—an experience in themselves.
Overall, this was truly a once-in-a-lifetime adventure that I will never forget. I HIGHLY recommend Mathan and Forever Athletic over any other company I know or saw along the way. Their professionalism, personal care, and dedication set them apart completely.
