Worst Private Charter Experience EVER

点评：Absolutely disgusting experience. Our personal property was vandalized during this charter with a racist slur written in permanent marker. Let that sink in. We paid thousands of dollars for a private experience just to leave feeling disrespected, uncomfortable, and honestly disturbed.
The behavior from crew member José started before we even got on the boat with rude comments toward our group and our appearance. By the end of the trip, someone had written ‘playa gringa’ across one of our personal items. This wasn’t a joke and it wasn’t funny — it was intentional, hostile, and completely unacceptable behavior toward paying guests.
What makes it worse is that nobody took real accountability. Instead of outrage or urgency, the situation was minimized and brushed off like we were overreacting.
If you are looking for a welcoming, professional experience, do NOT book here. No one spending this kind of money on a vacation should have to worry about racist vandalism of their belongings by the people hired to host them
