Disappointing Experience – Constant Requests for Tips

点评：Unfortunately, our overall experience with MTS was very unpleasant. On every excursion we booked with them – including snorkeling trips, dolphin tours and the trip to Cairo – we were repeatedly asked during or after the journey for additional money or tips for drivers and other staff.
We found these repeated requests very intrusive and uncomfortable. After the trips, we were also regularly asked to leave reviews, and afterwards we were once again asked for money.
At times, the whole experience felt more like a kind of promotional coach trip than a relaxing holiday excursion: repeated requests for reviews, additional appeals and constant requests for money. This is expressly our personal impression based on our own experience.
Of course, voluntary tipping is perfectly fine. However, when you feel pressured to give money during almost every journey and at almost every stop, it no longer feels like a relaxing holiday.
For this reason, our personal experience with this approach was unfortunately very negative. We would strongly prefer tipping to remain genuinely voluntary and for guests not to be repeatedly asked for money.
