点评：A company is only as good as the staff and Mr Abdelrahman Kafrawi from Hurghada makes MTS the trusted and professional company it is. Absolute assist to the company and totally deserves a promotion for all his hard work.
I booked a safari day trip which was good fun and true value for money. An excursion to Cairo which was organised to perfection from the hotel and back and then choice to take my scuba diving training to the next level but ran into a major problem when the third party company demanded €110 extra to complete the course which was not mentioned after I paid the £225. Mr Kafrawi sorted the problem without delay.
They really are the only excursion company you want to deal with as a tourist in Egypt. The best by a long shot (writing through experience) and if you have an issue with the third party company MTS will sort the issue out without delay, unlike the unregulated companies outside the hotel who change a little less but will run off with your money when a problem happens.
