点评:We stopped by their booth at the Saturday market and purchased some of the 100% dark chocolate butter they had available. The tour sounded interesting so we decided to tray and schedule it. We saw some positive reviews on TA. The "factory" and demonstration orchard were close by in Muri area. We followed the sign from the road and found a tour just wrapping up. We were told that tours must be scheduled in advance and there is no "store" to purchase chocolate. We booked and prepaid for a tour for the next day (xmas eve). We enjoyed a private tour and discussion which covered the history of cocoa beans in the area as well as the growing, fermenting, drying, and grinding to butter process. We were able to sample the beans and butter at each step of the process. The "factory" was in an adjacent building and was where the beans were fermented, dried, and ground to butter in a temperature controlled area. Although we did not see the "factory" we saw and tasted from a small scale working area to understand and taste through the steps. There is a demonstration orchard on site and we saw the trees, flowers, and seed pods in various stages. The main orchard is more inland on the island. The tour was fascinating and special (I am a wine grower and winemaker). We were so happy we decided to do the tour and have a very memorable afternoon at "the factory". One of the highlights of our trip
