Deceived and Scammed by Petit at Seasons Tours

点评：I am writing this to warn anyone staying at Finest Punta Cana
Do not book your excursions through Seasons Tours.
We were completely misled by a salesperson on the resort ground named Petit. We specifically asked him if this was an ATV freestyle experience where we could go into the dune areas and actually have fun with the vehicles. He said "yes", promising the high energy experience we wanted. The reality was total bs. Instead of "freestyle" or "drifting," we were stuck in a single-file line going 4 miles per hour down a paved road.
The "excursion" was nothing more than a series of traps designed to exploit tourists:
1) The "Cave" Trap: They stopped us at a cave where we were essentially served on a silver platter to local vendors. Each of us was paired with a vendor and harassed to buy $30 shot glasses and other knickknacks we didn't want. It was incredibly uncomfortable.
2) The “House” Scam: After riding for maybe two more minutes, they pulled us into another spot: a "traditional house" to show us how chocolate is made. We didn't sign up for a chocolate making class; we signed up to ride ATVs.
It felt less like a tour and more like being escorted from one high pressure sales pitch to the next. I eventually had to tell the guide, "With all due respect, please just take us back to the hotel."
The most frustrating part is that we saved our best weather day of the entire vacation for this excursion. Petit didn't just take our money; he robbed us of a perfect vacation day and disrespected us by lying to our faces just to get a booking.
Save your time, your money, and your sanity. Avoid Petit and Seasons Tours at all costs.
