点评：Staff were welcoming and helpful, and the venue itself is well set up with good facilities. The track is enjoyable, the karts are easy to handle, and overall it’s a really fun experience.
I had pre-booked and paid for three 15-minute races for myself and my son, which wasn’t cheap. During the first race, we were hit by other drivers, which is part of karting. Unfortunately, my son hurt his lower back in the collision and was in some discomfort, so he didn’t feel able to continue racing. The staff did offer ice packs, which was appreciated, but I was disappointed that they wouldn’t provide a voucher for the remaining two races to use another time.
It felt particularly frustrating given that a significant amount of money had been paid, only to lose out on two races through no fault of our own. I was told this was because those slots could be resold multiple times. While I understand the business perspective, as a customer it didn’t feel like a very supportive or considerate approach.
Overall, we went in excited for a fun day out, but unfortunately left feeling disappointed and that customer care came second to profit.
