点评:Our local agents booked us on a days walking in the Agalyk mountains as a break from the architectural sightseeing, and we were met in our hotel by Rustam and a driver, who took us out of Samarkand and into the countryside. We had a very nice day walking in the hillside. Rustam was excellent at listening to our requirements regarding the length of the walk, and the pace/difficulty and adjusted it accordingly. He had also brought some walking poles which came in very handy as the dry track had some slippery downhill areas where the gravel was just so dry at this time of year. Whilst the countryside was somewhat brown and dry at the end of the Summer (Rustam said May is green with wildflowers), we did see some wonderful birds - lots of bee eaters, a hoopoe and a couple of different birds of prey including one hunting pigeons. We really enjoyed talking to Rustam about his family, his ambitions and life in Uzbekistan, and despite his nervousness, his English is really excellent and we also enjoyed helping him with some pretty nuanced words.
So basically if you fancy a bit of a walk and a chat, give them a go, you’ll have a very nice time and you’ll be supporting an independent, local small business.

所以,如果你想散散步、聊聊天,不妨试试,你会玩得很开心,而且还能支持一家独立的本地小企业。
