点评：We had a bad experience with this company. We paid for the silver package for our 3 young teens (12, 14,14). My husband and I didn't go as he had a bad shoulder, so we paid the spectator fee to wait for them. The guide knew the girls were on the silver package and we walked up to the top with them all and said he would see us in an hour. Whilst up there he asked the kids if they wanted to keep going on the zip lines and took them on the gold package without our consent. Once they had already begun the operators on the ground aggressively approached us demanding we pay another $2400 baht for the extra we had not agreed to. We were unhappy about it but they refused to transfer us back to the hotel without paying. It was extremely dodgey practice!! Do not recommend this company!
