⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Once-in-a-Lifetime Experience — We Arrived as Guests and Left as Family

点评：Words truly cannot describe how incredible our experience with Egypt Camp White Desert was.
My husband and I traveled to Egypt from the United States for the first time, and our journey through the Black and White Deserts became one of the most memorable experiences of our entire two-week trip — and something we will talk about for the rest of our lives.
From the very beginning, everything was curated to a T. Communication was wonderful, every detail had been thought through, and most importantly, we felt incredibly safe and cared for throughout the entire experience.
Our adventure began in our hosts’ home, where we were welcomed with a beautifully prepared traditional meal before setting off in the Land Cruiser. Even that first meal made us feel like we were being welcomed into someone’s family rather than simply beginning a tour.
Once we entered the desert, the experience was exactly as described — except somehow so much better and more magical in person.
We explored the Black Desert intimately, hiking and taking in landscapes unlike anything we had ever seen. There was never any feeling of being rushed from one stop to the next. At different points, our hosts would tell us where they would be waiting and allow my husband and me to explore on our own, take photographs, hike the dunes, and simply have time together. Those quiet moments in the middle of the desert became some of our favorites.
Every stop felt intentional. The oasis and springs were wonderful, and some of the fresh fruit along the way — especially the mango — was genuinely some of the best we have ever tasted. They continually provided local fruit, snacks, drinks, and little touches we never would have thought to ask for ourselves.
Crystal Mountain was unbelievable. We were able to explore it at our own pace and spend as much time there as we wanted. We sandboarded down the dunes — which was an absolute blast and truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience — explored incredible formations, climbed, laughed, took photographs, and felt like we had the desert to ourselves.
And then came the camping experience. ✨
When they set up camp in the White Desert, it honestly felt like a scene from a movie. Surrounded by these extraordinary white formations, with absolutely nothing around us but desert and sky, they created this beautiful, cozy campsite. Our tent, blankets and sleeping arrangements were extremely comfortable, and everything was taken care of for us.
Then there was the food!!!
The food was absolutely impeccable — some of the best food we ate during our entire two weeks in Egypt.
To this day, my husband and I STILL talk about and crave the soup and the chicken they prepared over the fire. My husband is 52 years old and does not eat chicken at home in America — and he could not get enough of their chicken. 😂 We still joke that somehow we need to figure out how to get that chicken again.
Sitting around the fire, eating an incredible Bedouin dinner, listening to music, talking and then looking up at a sky filled with more stars than we could imagine was something I will never forget. The desert becomes unbelievably quiet at night. The stars actually seemed to twinkle above us, and for a little while it felt as though the rest of the world simply disappeared.
The next morning, we woke for sunrise and breakfast was already being prepared for us. Even as the journey came to an end, the hospitality continued. Before saying goodbye, we shared one final meal in their home — bringing the entire experience full circle.
What also stood out to us was seeing other desert tours along the way. Some appeared to be larger excursions organized through hotels. Our experience was noticeably different. It was intimate, personal and thoughtfully curated. We never felt like people being moved through a predetermined tourist itinerary. We felt like guests being shown a place these men genuinely love.
That difference matters.
By the time we left, I didn't feel like we were saying goodbye to tour guides. These men had become my brothers and part of our Egypt family.
If you are considering visiting the Black and White Desert, I cannot recommend Egypt Camp White Desert enough. The landscapes are extraordinary, but the people, hospitality, food, attention to detail and genuine care are what transformed this from a desert excursion into something much more meaningful.
My husband and I have already said that when we think back on Egypt years from now, this will be one of the experiences we remember most.

还有食物！！！
食物简直无可挑剔——堪称我们在埃及两周行程中吃过的最好吃的食物。
直到现在，我和丈夫仍然会提起并怀念他们用篝火烹制的汤和鸡肉。我丈夫今年52岁，他在美国家里从来不吃鸡肉——但这次却吃得停不下来。😂 我们仍然开玩笑说，不知该怎么才能再弄到那只鸡呢。
