点评:I suppose that Air Tahiti Nui has gotten such horrible reviews, that they have blocked themselves from being reviewed on this app, so I am forced to write it on the lounge. Even so, I did go to the lounge, and it was substandard. The food was weird and common and old. It was not neat and clean. And service was lackluster at best. But the real problem is the actual airline. We booked four first class, round-trip tickets to Tahiti from LAX, and they lost my son’s bag. I have tried literally no less than 16 times to reach them by email, by their contact page, in person, and on the phone. I have received no help, no reply, no assistance, nothing. I have a property irregularity report and associated number that the baggage office gave us at arrival in Tahiti, but despite having this important form and number, I can literally get no assistance. My husband and I have over 4,000,000 miles logged with American Airlines, and this trip was booked as a code share with American. So incredibly disappointed, and at a total loss as to what to do next. Horrifying at best. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
