点评：What a New Year delight on a cold winters evening. I was unsure what to expect on this trip as it was my first with Orange Henn. I easily found the Dutch Nursery in Brookmans Park on the A1000 road and parked my car at no charge to me. The coach arrived and looked sparkling clean. There was a lady handing out the envelopes with the show tickets and directing us to our seat numbers on the coach. She was extremely organised and efficient as well being very cheery. We left for London exactly on time. The journey was very smooth and I felt confident of the professionalism of the driver. We arrived in Regent Street a bit earlier than expected and had an hour and a half to get dinner. Upon arrival at the Palladium I was delighted our seats were in a fantastic location. The Panto was quite saucy and a bit like the Julian Clary show but I was laughing too much to really care. The show ended and the coach was waiting for us. The lady made sure we all were getting on the correct coach. She was very kind and patient to the older coach passengers especially a senior chap who had a walking frame. The journey home was very comfortable. Again lots of care and attention was given from the lady and the driver helping customers off the coach. As I was one of the last to alight I could hear a very distressed older lady tell the coach lady she had lost her keys. The coach lady straight away was on the phone to the Palladium and the coach driver was checking the seats and floor. I stayed and offered to help but was told don’t worry we will take the two ladies home. Well that kindness said it all. A company’s staff that care about the Customers. I will be booking again knowing that I will be looked after.
翻译：在一个寒冷的冬夜，这真是一份令人惊喜的新年礼物。因为这是我第一次参加Orange Henn的旅行团，所以一开始我并不确定会是什么样的体验。我很容易就在A1000公路旁的布鲁克曼斯公园找到了荷兰苗圃，而且停车完全免费。大巴到了，看起来干净得一尘不染。一位女士分发装有演出门票的信封，并指引我们找到各自的座位。她做事井井有条、效率极高，而且非常热情友好。我们准时出发前往伦敦。旅途非常顺利，我对司机的专业能力也充满信心。我们比预计时间提前一些到达摄政街，有大约一个半小时的时间吃晚饭。到达帕拉丁剧院后，我惊喜地发现我们的座位位置绝佳。这场哑剧有点儿荤段子，有点像朱利安·克拉里秀，但我笑得太开心了，根本没在意这些。演出结束后，大巴已经在等我们了。那位女士确保我们都上了正确的车。她对年长的乘客非常友善和耐心，尤其是一位拄着助行器的老人。回程非常舒适。那位女士和司机再次展现了他们对乘客的悉心照料，帮助乘客下车。我是最后几个下车的乘客之一，听到一位非常焦急的老太太告诉那位女士她把钥匙弄丢了。那位女士立刻打电话给帕拉丁剧院，司机也开始检查座位和地板。我留下来提出帮忙，但他们说不用担心，我们会送两位女士回家。他们的善意让我深受感动。这是一家真正关心乘客的公司。我知道他们会照顾好我，所以下次还会预订他们的服务。
