Royalton Grenada Beach的点评
点评：Pros - The beach is beautiful! The pool was the only great experience I had.
Cons- the food was not great! The restaurant reservations had to be booked 2 days in advance and was not even worth it. Bar was hit or miss. Sometimes I would stand there for 15 minutes by myself, and the person would not even acknowledge me.
The first 2 nights, lights and tv were turning themselves on and off in the middle of the night. I was woke up multiple times.
A sewage smell was coming from the bathroom. I called maintenance multiple times. They come up three different days and nothing was done. If I left the bathroom door open, the entire room would stink.
The A/C did not work the entire week. By the end of the week, I was so sick to my stomach from the heat.
At check out, I asked for the manager. I was sent to a different desk and the woman told me I could tell her what was going on, but there wasn’t a manager that was available right then. I tell her what was going on and she blames it on a new system. Which was all BS. Maintenance had to be in my room every day and she asked me who I made the complaints too. She says she’s not aware of any complaints and she cannot compensate me because I had already been checked out.
