点评：recently returned from a 6-day, 5-night Spiti Valley tour with Trip on Trails, and I’m still processing just how magical it was. Celebrating my birthday in the heart of the mountains, specifically in Kaza was a long-held dream, and this team made it feel like a personal milestone rather than just another trip.
From the moment we started, everything felt effortless. The itinerary was perfectly paced, which is so crucial for high-altitude travel. We spent time exploring:
• Kaza: Where I celebrated my birthday! Winter Spiti got real.
• Langza: Seeing that massive Buddha statue
• Kalpa: I’ve wanted to see the Kinner Kailash range up close for the longest time, and waking up to those views was breathtaking.
• Key Monastery: There is a certain stillness there that stays with you long after you leave.
What truly set Trip on Trails apart was their thoughtfulness. They weren't just checking boxes; they really understood the vibe I was looking for. Our driver was a complete professional—navigating those mountain roads with such confidence that I felt entirely relaxed, even on the trickiest passes. The places they chose for us to stay were not just comfortable, but had that perfect "home away from home" feel, which is a rare find in such remote regions.
