点评:We arrived at Grenada and were greeted by a rep who told us she would come to meet us at 9 am the following day. She did not ask if it was okay for us. We had wanted a lie in after a long journey, but got up anyway. No-one came so after waiting 20 mins we had breakfast in the adjoining area and told Reception we would be there. At 2.30 in the afternoon, when we were sleeping in our rom, Reception called to say the Rep had arrived, 5 hours late and no apology, so we refused to go down, saying we did not want any tours. The Airport rep had given us a letter saying they would let us know the day before we left what time pick up would be. Nothing. So on our final morning, Reception called them, and they eventually phoned later to say they would come at 1.45, which would leave us hours kicking our heels at the airport before our flight. Instead we got a taxi. Utterly hopeless and rude.
