点评：The rental was for two weeks. The check-in process was confusing and they tried to sell me extra insurance I didn’t need to cover their inadequate collision insurance.
At check-in, you can’t get a current damage list before signing the contract and paying the deposit (mine was €2200 because I didn’t buy any extra insurance).
I asked them to walk me through the listed damages but they couldn’t and it was my responsibility to take good photos and videos of all the damage before leaving. I was stressed about potential costs and whether I had good pictures.
When returning the vehicle, the inspection was non-existent. The car was left with the doors open in the car park after I returned the keys without any inspection. Then I just waited to see if they’d figure something out. They said it was fine and everything was good but I never received any bills or messages so maybe I’m lucky this time.
I wouldn’t rent from this place again. It’s better to pay an extra €200 for peace of mind.
