点评：Had a miss confusion on the tickets we purchased a wrong one. Then the lady there told us that she would contact that location which she did.We’re still waiting on our refund. After we made several contacts with them. Didn’t hear anything back so we pretty much lost $70 without hearing anything from them. I do feel like they set up their website so they can scam you. Because they make you buyanother ticket reschedule pick the date out and then you would get your ticket. But it’s like we’re not trying to get our tickets. We justwant our money back and they’re avoiding by making these other complicated steps. And it’s been two weeks and we haven’t heard anything back from management. Nor is there customer service number. There’s nothing no phone number. No nothing. This is literally the worst place I ever invested in and will never never come back to this place and I recommend anyone that sees this. Do not I repeat do not go there the worst in my life when it comes to water activities.
