Wasini Trips的点评
点评：It was my first time going to Diani, so I wasn't sure of the activities to do there. I had heard of the Wasini Day trips, so I decided to check them out. After a quick search online, I came across the Wasini Trips website. Booking the trip was quite easy and it was done through the WhatsApp chat.
They also offer transport to and from your hotel, which is quite convenient. On the day of the trip, they arrived on time, picked up other visitors along the way and headed to Shimoni, where we boarded the dhow.
The Wasini Day trips involve visiting the a dhow ride across the Indian Ocean, visiting the Kisite Mpunguti Marine Park, dolphin spotting, snorkeling 🤿 at the Marine Park, a lunch of Swahili dishes on the Wasini Island, and a walk on the island. The Wasini Island is a coral island with a small population and a very interesting way of life.
There are no cars, the houses are built closely together, and they rely solely on solar power. Being a coral island, there's no farming on the island, so the residents rely on fishing and tourism. Highschools, major shopping centers and other important activities are not the island, they rely on boat rides to the closest centers.
It was my first time swimming and snorkeling too, but Wasini Trips have good guides who are patient and good teachers. The corals beneath the water look like they're out of this world. And watching several fish swim beneath you feels like something drawn out of a NatGeo film. It was also great to see dolphins in real life and see them swim close to the boats. Some visitors even got to swim with them.
The Swahili dishes (coconut rice, seafood platters, crabs, coconut-laced cassava) were also quite interesting.
Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would recommend it to anyone visiting Diani.

这也是我第一次游泳和浮潜，不过Wasini Trips有非常耐心且出色的导游。水下的珊瑚群宛如来自另一个世界。看着众多鱼儿在自己身下游动，那种体验简直就像是从国家地理频道的纪录片中走出来的一样。能亲眼见到海豚，看着它们在船边游动真是太棒了。有些游客甚至还能与海豚一起游泳。
斯瓦希里风味的菜肴（椰子饭、海鲜拼盘、螃蟹以及加了椰奶的木薯）也相当有趣。
总的来说，我们玩得很开心，强烈推荐给所有前往迪亚尼的游客。
