We went on a trip to vietnam for 8 days. We were three people.
They pick up us from the airport to go to Hanoi.Then from there to sapa they have promised us a limousine car with "VIP" seats. Two of us got "VIP seats" for one way. My husband was in a front seat next to the driver. On the way back we all were in the back seat. NO VIP SEATS AS THEY PROMISED. I have specially requested them for the VIP SEATS due to my mom's health condition.
Also they will send you a whole itinerary and you will pay for the itinerary that they have given, but when you are in the location you have to pay extra and get the tickets. Fancipan peak was there in the itinerary, but when we are in sapa we have to pay extra for the cable car and for the train, BEWARE WHAT YOU PAID AND NOT PAID. GET CONFIRMATION TO ONE BY ONE ABOUT THE ENTRANCE TICKETS. Also remember, if you make the payment for a hotel on a full board basis, you will just get the breakfast from there. Lunch and dinner they will arrange in a little restaurants. When we back in hanoi my mom's legs were swelled.
From Hanoi to Ha long bay. There was another limousine bus with a group of people. IF YOU WANT A PRIVET CAR, METION IT OVER AND OVER AGAIN. Don't just mention it from the beginning.
