The operator promised 3‑star hotels, but in Darjeeling we were given a property that did not even qualify as a single star. The hotel failed to provide basic amenities like towels, citing laundry issues. Hygiene standards were poor, some rooms had broken toilet seats, and the main door quality was unacceptable.
In Lachung, our booking was changed at the last minute. The hotel originally promised denied our reservation, and after contacting the operator’s team we were shifted to another hotel, which was also below standard. Even driver is not aware abt hotel change,
Whenever we raised complaints, the operator’s response was dismissive — they repeatedly said, “We can’t update now.”
Overall, the accommodation provided was far below the promised standard, and the lack of accountability from the operator made the experience frustrating.
