点评：Very disappointing experience.
I specifically asked for a customised Sri Lanka itinerary and clearly listed places I had already visited to a staff called Sara. Despite confirming they offer customisation, she repeatedly sent me their standard tour package with minimal changes.
Responses were slow (sometimes up to 24 hours), and when I pointed out the issues, either my messages were simply ignored or she came up with excuses. After I pointed to Sara, that hardly any customisation was done, I only received a generic automated reply later.
At the time of writing this, Sara after having read my message at 7pm yesterday (26 hrs have passed since then) and sending an automated message highlighting high volume enquiries is
yet to come back with the customised itinerary. Happy to provide screenshots of the conversation if required.
This level of service is unprofessional and does not match their claim of offering a “personalised experience.”
I would strongly advise others to consider alternative tour operators if they are looking for genuine customisation and proper communication.
