Best place in La Palma
Maroparque Isla de La Palma的点评
点评：This is the best place on La Palma and one of the coolest zoos we have been too! It’s a small wildlife sanctuary that is located on the side of a ravine. It’s not very big but is worth every penny.
The animals have all been rescued or donated. Some of them look neglected but this is due to being taken off their previous owners and rescued from poor environments. They are all well cared for.
You can purchase small boxes of various types of feed and then feed the animals as you walk around. You can enter some of the enclosures and hand feed various animals that you can’t anywhere else.
The carpark out front only holds a few cars but there were spaces when we went.
I cannot recommend this place enough. All the money from the tickets goes to caring and rescuing more animals. This was by far our favourite place on La Palma.
