点评：We arrived at opening time and received a hearty welcome from Dinah and Tiger Lilly. A very chatty conversation ensued and we soon turned to looking at the brew on offer. I don't normally buy tinned beer but Black Isle is 100% organic and bottles would require preservative. Ingredients are sourced as locally as possible which in most cases is very local as they have a natural water supply, grow wheat etc. Having selected our beers my attention turned to the lovely glassware and attractive T shirts. Meanwhile the total hospitality continued and we were given an informative tour of the brewery by Tiger Lilly followed by samples (note: if driving, this brew isn't your usual pub mass produced liquid). Most retail outlets can barely manage a Hello and Goodbye whereas at Black Isle we were well entertained. Finally a shout out for Dinah. A little birdie told us she is off to a well deserved retirement shortly and we wish her well.
