Disappointing Experience
Scuba Club Pakistan的点评
点评：I had a really disappointing experience with the Charna Island scuba diving trip last Sunday. The whole trip felt poorly managed from start to finish, and there were several safety and hygiene issues that honestly should not be ignored.
Even before the trip properly started, several people injured their feet and were bleeding while getting onto the boat because of the sharp rocks along the shore. There were multiple injuries in our group alone, and the lack of proper first-aid facilities was extremely concerning. There was no proper first-aid kit available — just some Saniplasts.
Another thing that shocked me was seeing the diving equipment being disinfected with what appeared to be glass cleaner. I honestly couldn’t believe that was being used on equipment that people were going to wear and breathe through.
The boat was another major problem. It was in terrible condition and definitely did not feel suitable for an hour-long journey. Many people, including me, vomited several times because of the condition of the ride.
Even the Scuba Club registration/office area was unhygienic and poorly maintained. What made the experience worse was that when issues were raised, the club did not seem willing to take responsibility for the problems.
There were so many issues within just our group that I can only imagine what the experience may have been like for the other groups.
Overall, this was not the experience I expected from a scuba diving trip. Safety, hygiene, proper equipment and basic first-aid facilities should be the bare minimum.
I personally would not go on another trip with Scuba Club, and based on my experience, I would not recommend them to others either.
