点评：Yes, the 10th-century Ranthambore Fort is absolutely worth visiting for its stunning panoramic views of the national park, rich history as a UNESCO World Heritage site, and ancient temples like the Ganesh Temple.
Located within the park, it offers a dramatic blend of nature and history, featuring massive walls and gates.
Key Reasons to Visit:
Historic Significance: Built in 944 AD, the fort has survived numerous sieges and reflects Rajasthan’s royal past.
NOTE
Quite a few steps but manageable.
Visit Ganesh Temple , don’t get sucked into buying anything to give as a gift , quite a few stalls . My advice walk to the entrance take shoes off , have a bottle of water wash hands and feet before entering.
Have to get an official car from a car park about 5 minutes away . 200 rupees each way nothing difficult . Plenty of vehicles both ways available.
Can do in 90 minutes to 120 minutes easily.
Take water and hat as mainly exposed to sun.
Loads of monkeys very friendly.
