Terrible experience at this Dress Smart in Auckland, NZ.

点评：It was our first time to visit NZ, and stopped at Dress Smart in April, 2026 in Auckland, NZ. As shoppers, we parked our car in the front of Dress Smart as regular shopping center or outlet mall. We spent hours to browse the stores, looking for hiking shoes and window-shop, but without making a purchase since nothing interested. When we were back to USA, we received a bill $120 for parking fee in June 9, 2026 which first time informed us by North Rental, a company of our car rented. Can you believe it?! They asked us to pay $120 since we didn't spend money on clothes during we parked there 3 hours 10 min! Never trust the describes about Parking online at Dress Smart! We didn't spend money at Dress Smart, but we did spend a lot money to visit NZ. At the end, It is a terrible experience as shoppers at Dress Smart, also as Visitors in NZ.
