点评:My wife and I, along with two long-time friends, all of us senior citizens, visited this pagoda as part of a day trip organised by our tour company, and as such I wouldn't know the cost of entrance. It was unquestionably a good way to spend around an hour looking at the objects on show in and around the pagoda.
It was quite busy when we were there, which was fairly early in the morning, but not so much that you were pushing your way through crowds. It was very peaceful, as everyone was quite reverent around the area, so you didn't really notice that there were quite a few people there.
It was definitely a very spiritual experience and I think that the highlight of the visit was listening to the chanting in one of the courtyards, which had me mesmerised for quite a while.
Around the grounds there were little statues and stones with funny statements like "happy is the tender grass, when here your feet do not pass" and other such ditties. There were also small stone Buddhas in varying poses, but they all looked cheerful and made you feel happy when you looked at them.
We didn't actually go inside the pagoda building itself, just looked into the prayer rooms around the base of it. We left this place feeling a lot more blissful than when we arrived. I think an hour is enough for what we saw and did, but if you are able to get inside the pagoda itself you would need more time.
