A Truly Royal Experience at Jumeirah Burj Al Arab

点评：We went there to celebrate my birthday & the staff went above & beyond. MINA our butler on 13th floor was very attentive and provided few birthday gifts & surprises. Svetlana from Guest Relation is very helpful and gave us a tour for the whole hotel & provided valuable information. & we had a special request for late check out and she was able to grant this exception. Jenny from the reception assisted in the check in & check out process and it was very smooth & fast. She provided a nice teddy bear for my daughter as a gift & Jaime as well was always welcoming and present in the reception to assist with any questions. The hotel is one of the historical Icons in dubai & needless to say that service is the highest and the view from the suite was amazing on 13th floor. Not to mention the breath taking infinity pool & jacuzzi. Dont skip breakfast with a mesmerizing view in the morning & the fine quality of food. Exceptional stay and definitely will come again.
On another note for the dinner, it is a bit overpriced for the open buffet if you compare it to Hanaya resturant in Mina Salam which is part of Jumeirah group as well. The quality is good but the buffet is small and not worth the price you pay for Adult. This needs to be considered by the management team as other hotels with in the group offer amazing dinner for almost half the price.
