点评:Front desk and management are seriously AWFUL. We came in NOVEMBER I could easily count the number of cars outside and in our building it was our two (ours!) To say they were not heavily booked is an understatement. We called the front desk to see about extending our stay we were told no because “”an owner is booked to arrive today””…..they don’t own specific rooms but yea sure okay, naturally we asked couldn’t they be switched to a different room? It’s 8am and check in is at 4pm. Apparently that’s a no as well. I’m not sure what kind of nonsense that is other than a really weird bold faced lie for reasons I certainly don’t understand but definitely do not appreciate. If it wasn’t for this it would be a 5 star review but being lied to for a ridiculously simple request is not it.
