Journeyman Distillery - Three Oaks的点评
点评：While staying in the area, a local resident recommended this place as the whisky and liquor is well renowned and they have an amazing 18 hole grass putting green to match 'The Himalayas Putting Course' at St Andrews, Scotland. We did the putting first and our 3 teenage boys enjoyed pitting their golf skills against the undulating course. I was also able to sample one of the great tasting cocktails on my way round. We weren't going to but decided to stay for food in the stylish restaurant. Never eaten in a distillery before so that is a first.
The food was interesting although my boys were not a big fan of the Detroit style pizza. Coming from the UK we didn't realise it has such a heavy base. Apart from that the food was great.
We finished our trip off by buying some whisky and the apple cider liquor which is so tasty and smooth!
A great day out for a family with teenagers, who can be hard to please.
