Excellent service with Jasmine tours

点评：My husband and I first used Alex and Jasmine Tours in December of last year. We booked an airport transfer to our hotel. Alex was waiting outside the airport for us and swiftly took us to our hotel. Along the way, Alex pointed out various places of interest on route, which was really nice,and gave us some local knowledge, as we'd not been to Sharm for a lot of years.
Alex gave us his card when he dropped us off and said if we needed anything to send a WhatsApp message.
After a few days at our hotel, I messaged Alex and asked where he'd recommend for some shopping and drinks. We took a trip to soho square. The driver picked us up from our hotel on time and we had 3 hours in soho Square and then back to our hotel. The driver was on time for our return journey, in fact he waited the whole time for our return!.
This year, we booked Sharm again for April. We used Alex and Jasmine tours for our airport pick up and return .
We also booked VIP sunrise quad biking . It was excellent, picked up promptly at 4.30am . Myself ,my husband, and a guide, we got some really good photos thanks to the guide!!!, and then dropped back off at the hotel after the quad biking.
We also booked a few hours in Naama Bay one evening, again,picked up at our hotel,dropped off and picked up in the same place,so easy to meet one another. All a prompt service.
Alex runs an excellent business and offers so many different trips, etc. He's very approachable and replies to any queries or questions you may have very quickly.
I would highly recommend Alex and Jasmine tours.
Can't wait for our next trip to Sharm!!.
