点评:I loved this space.
After many days in Amman, I was feeling somewhat overwhelmed by the constant noise of this lively town. I'd had enough of the honking car horns.
On my last day, my goal was to finish off all the activities I was still interested in. This was at the top of the list. I had assumed it was just an art gallery, but after arriving I realized it was so much more.
There is certainly art to see, but also a garden that cascades down (or up, depending what entrance you came in from) the hill. Flowers and trees native to the area, some of which I had never seen before.
If you like cats, then you won't get bored here. Many of them call this place home, and hang around all over the grounds.
Finally, there are the ruins of a 7th century Byzantine church to explore. So, history-lovers, there's something for you too.
This little oasis in the heart of Amman provided tranquility; a touch of history, a dash of nature, and an array of art. Most of all, it provided a space to contemplate, and breathe, in an otherwise chaotic city that was sometimes hard to manage.
