点评：We were on a visit to Clonakilty this weekend my son and myself too off from Kerry early that morning as we had phoned and booked a Tee time for 12.21..rushing down the road we phone ahead to make sure all was ok ,we book a junior member and buggy over the phone...E20 for my son and E35 for buggy all good ...when we arrived at 12.22 there was no one there club room door had a closed sign we awaited a while but no one was returning, we were so disappointed as we had our 3 day visit all planned. Golf early, check into hotel after and other events planned for the rest of the days....to our disappointed we had to leave as no one to help, phone later but got no apology. That evening we booked for next afternoon at 11.45...now because we booked online the price is E30 for my son and E35 for buggy ... I said to the gentleman behind the desk when i was paying him ,you said E20 but got no joy ...handed the keys for buggy he said go through the gap and handed the map...no other explanation ...I know he had a broken leg ...but no explaining how the buggy work ,where the first tee box was...nothing ...but if you ignoring the bad customer service .. we had an amazing day.....we laughted out loud, lost balls in the lake, lost balls in the trees, i would also like to say we meet a great greens keeper who gave us direction and advice.....over all a great day out , just some advise if you have a broken leg you are not fit for work (HR) therefore you should stay at home or at least give a bit of advice to your customer from your desk
