It is a highly popular spot; crowds typically pick up around noon and remain steady until closing, which speaks to its vibrant business environment.
Despite the high foot traffic, the mall feels spacious, and the generous inclusion of benches makes it easy to take a break during an extended shopping trip. The lifts are large enough to handle the crowd efficiently. While the restrooms are generally functional, a couple of sinks occasionally lack water pressure.
Outside, infrastructure improvements are underway. Traffic near the entrances can get congested due to parked cars, but the security team does a commendable job managing the flow. Overall, it's a welcoming, lively destination that is well worth a visit when in Penang.
