点评：An excellent visit made even better by wonderful knowledgeable volunteers. The grade one listed, tallest windmill in the country is a bit of fascinating living history. A nice light airy café with cheerful staff and the wafting smell of good coffee. Great views from the platform. Everything explained so well. Th children did a competition and were each given generous goody bags. good value for money. Milled special flours and oats and beautiful jams, all available in the shop. If you can't climb steep stairs, it's not for you, just go to the café. In such a pretty village with beautiful old buildings. Old traditional pub right across the road and next to a big, significant beautiful historic church, with a quiet pretty graveyard with sunny benches is fine for a sandwich & has a second-hand bookstall, why not have a look round and make it more of a day out.
