Not easy, but not impossible at all - absolutely worth it!

点评：If you love nature and adventure, this route is the perfect one. The first half (from Cabo da Roca) is as easy as walking in Lisbon's streets. The second half is a bit more tricky, but not overly difficult at all.
A few important things: wear proper shoes and clothing, so no high-heels, no slippers, no tight jeans. This will help you a lot, you'll need to make some big steps, step on rocks and the path is dusty (no white clothes either). Don't rush it, take a break here and there, and always watch your step. Small rocks can be slippery, but large ones are safe to step on. There's one part where you need to use (or can use) a rope - it looks bad from the top, but it's not difficult at all. Just grab the rope and start climbing down like you climb down from an old attic, or ladder. The rope is for safety only, it's something to grab on, you don't need to do any acrobatics with it. When you're at this point, you'll see the beach and this will fire you up, so don't worry, you're almost there. A few more lighter slopes, and your feet will touch the beach sand in no time.
For a completely average traveler it should take about 30-60 minutes to get to the Ursa beach from the lighthouse. The path is usually full of locals and tourists, so if you need any help, don't hesitate to communicate, they will give you a hand anytime. The whole journey is under the Sun, no forest, no trees, nothing. With cool winds coming from the ocean, it's not hot at all, but don't forget applying sunscreen!
I don't think it's the best idea to take this route with children, because you'll really need to keep an eye on them. But as an adult, don't be afraid of the heights and some rocks, this place is absolutely amazing!
