点评：We had Gede driving us for our week in Bali and I'd book him again without thinking. He's warm, professional, knows the island inside out. The moment that told me he's the real deal came on day one: we had a plan loaded with too many stops and long drives. Following it would have meant more billable hours for him, more money in his pocket. He told us straight it was too much, that we'd be exhausted and wouldn't actually enjoy the places. He talked us into a tighter, smarter route. He was right. Most people in tourism don't do that.
He didn't just drive. He handled the whole logistics. Our ferry across to the Gili Islands was booked before we even arrived in Bali, because June is high season and seats run out, and he picked the most comfortable boat. Every other activity and reservation went the same way. The right operator, the right price, sorted before we needed to think about it. He was always at the pickup point at least 15 minutes early. Every timing, every traffic pattern, accounted for, so we never stressed about running late. Whenever we finished an activity, we'd walk out and he was already there waiting.
He even held our luggage during the Gili leg, since we didn't want to drag everything onto the island. Two days of stuff parked safely with him, picked up on the way through.
