点评:Be prepared for CROWDS! There was mandatory screening of all bags and people at the entrance. In the Visitor Centre, a 3D map showed the tombs. Looking underneath, the tunnels that lead to each tomb can be seen. Shuttle vehicles ferried visitors from the entrance up to the tomb area. It all appeared rather shambolic, but we did get our turn. Our ticket allowed us entry into our choice of 3 tombs. A separate ticket was required for King Tutankhamun's tomb. There were long queues for entering the tombs although they did move quite quickly. We discovered why when we were inside the Tomb of King Tut! There was an officious attendant monitoring the queue and instructing people to move on. Definitely no lingering to savour the moment! Wear walking shoes, sunhat and sunnies. It was very hot in the Valley in November. There was a cafe, but seating was completely full!
