Westlands Country Park的点评
点评：Avoid at all costs if you want to save yourself from financial loss.
Arrived here as a returning customer of 6 visits which I’m amazed I even booked again because our previous stay wasn’t great either but thought we’d give it another chance as decently priced.
How wrong could I be.
Upon arrival was greeted by the manager before handing keys over was told our lodge was missing a trim on the ceiling of the lodge and they didn’t have time to fix it but it was fine (great start).
On arrival to lodge decking area not swept, spiders webs all over the place, gate faulty.
Gets inside door cupboards uneven and squint badly fitted.
Trim missing from ceiling inside exposing insulation & leaving sharp spikes that could get your head caught on going up the stargazing room.
Now for the stargazing window.
Think you can sit up there and watch the stars? Think again.
Covered in bird sh*t and spider webs.
Hot tub time? Think again.
Jets nearest fence side massively under powered.
Now for the customer service.
Rings manager explains hot tub problems and was told “what do you want me to do I’m not sure what you want me to do?”.
Sends over 2 guys who proceed to call me buddy and tell me “F*ckall” wrong with hot tub and I don’t know what I’m talking about.
Receptionist then tells me she’d rather trust her engineers (who cut the grass) rather than me who’s been in over 100 hot tubs…. No probs.
Goes a stroll up to the dining area for a nice meal - think again.
Worst macaroni & cheese you could imagine and to top it off the bar maid smashed a glass and just leaves it lying there for about 15 minutes while she scrolls tik tok.
Been over 6 times and this time ripped the absolute biscuit sent a complaint to go-seasons.
Please guys - go to Coldstream or area view - your moneys safe there and they actually care about your stay not just getting a quick buck.

进屋后发现，橱柜门板不平整，而且安装得很糟糕。
天花板上的装饰条也掉了，露出了隔热层，还留下了尖锐的钉子，爬上观星室的时候很容易被扎到头。
再说观星窗。
你以为可以坐在那里看星星？别做梦了。
窗户上全是鸟粪和蜘蛛网。
想泡热水澡？别想了。
靠近围栏的喷嘴动力严重不足。
接下来是客服。
打电话给经理说明热水浴缸的问题，结果对方说“你想让我做什么？我不知道你想让我做什么？”。
派了两个人过来，他们居然叫我“哥们儿”，还说热水浴缸“一点毛病都没有”，说我根本不懂。
前台接待员接着说，她宁愿相信她的工程师（就是负责割草的），也不愿相信我这个泡过一百多个热水浴缸的人……没问题。
我去餐厅吃了顿饭——别想了。
这是我吃过最难吃的通心粉奶酪，更糟糕的是，酒吧女招待打碎了一个玻璃杯，然后就那么放着，自己刷TikTok刷了15分钟。
我来过这家店六次了，这次真是气炸了，我已经向GoSeasons投诉了。
各位，请去Coldstream或Area View吧——在那里你的钱更安全，而且他们真心关心你的住宿体验，而不是只想着赚快钱。
