Worst service ever anywhere!
Upper Bench Estate Winery & Creamery的点评
点评：The service was most disappointing and disrespectful!
We were looking forward to enjoying the wine along with the brick oven pizza. Our pizza sat on the counter while our server- Preston chatted up another table leaving our pizza cold while the cooks and other server did nothing to notify him that our pizza was ready or even jumped in to bring it to us. Three of the four other tables occupied had already been served. When he finally asked us how it was, we told him it was cold, he swiftly removed the pizza and said he’d have another one made.
I had the original slice on my plate which I had begun eating (starving) when he all of a sudden came over and swooped up my plate with half a slice on it! Who does this?
The only reason it got two stars was for the cheese and the pizza when it was finally warm. The wine was so-so compared to the rest in the area. The setting was nothing great, not the scene shown in the trip advisor photo!

我们原本期待着一边品尝砖炉披萨一边享用美酒。我们的披萨放在柜台上，服务员普雷斯顿却忙着和另一桌客人聊天，任由我们的披萨凉透。厨师和其他服务员既没有通知他披萨已经做好，也没有过来帮我们端过来。当时其他四桌客人中，已经有三桌吃上了披萨。他终于问我们披萨怎么样，我们告诉他披萨凉了，他才迅速把披萨拿走，说要重新做一个。
我盘子里还剩一片披萨，我饿得不行，刚开始吃，他就突然走过来，一把抢走了我盘子里剩下的半片披萨！谁会这么做？
之所以给两星，完全是因为披萨的奶酪和它最终变热后的味道还不错。葡萄酒跟附近其他酒庄的比起来也就一般般。餐厅环境也一般，跟TripAdvisor上的照片完全不一样！
