新横滨拉面博物馆的点评
点评：We visited as part of our day trip to Yokohama from Tokyo. The museum is not well signed and took a bit of searching to find but was definitely worth the visit.
The main floor has a very brief history of ramen. We're talking a few signs on a wall, and a display of some instant ramen packages. That's about it! This is the only reason I'm not giving the place five stars. ..
The main floor also had a workshop for making your own custom cup noodles. It looked fun but suitcase space is tight so we didn't partake although we couldn't resist a few small purchases from the well stocked gift shop including vegan and gluten-free free ramen for our dietary restriction daughters.
The real reason to go are the two incredible basement levels that recreate a 1958 streetscape and have many different ramen restaurants to choose from as well as a bar, an ice cream parlour and even a small Japanese candy store ( great place for compact and inexpensive souvenirs). Each restaurant is separate, you choose which one to dine at so keep that in mind. If you're travelling in a group you'll have to agree on a choice or split up. It looked like most or all the restaurants used a machine for ordering. We had two heaping delicious bowls and it was only about 2200 yen!

真正值得一去的原因是地下有两层楼，它们完美还原了1958年的街道风貌，上面有多家风格各异的拉面馆，还有一个酒吧可供选择。这里有一家冰淇淋店，甚至还有一家小型日本糖果店（购买便携又便宜的纪念品的好去处）。每家餐厅都是独立的，你可以自行选择要去哪家用餐，这一点请务必记住。如果是团体旅行，就需要大家商量好选哪一家，或者分开行动。看起来大多数甚至所有餐厅都使用机器来接单。我们点了两碗量足又美味的甜品，价格才2200日元左右呢！我真的很享受这次体验，不过希望博物馆本身能提供更多内容。
