点评：I have now been to this Farm twice but won't be going again.
My first visit in July was a booking made for my childs birthday party. A few of my guests arrived a little early, only to be told by reception staff that there were no parties that day. When this message was relayed to me whilst on the way to the venue it caused a lot of stress to us all. However, 10 mins later we had confirmation that reception had got in wrong and there was a party. Although the venue was nice we felt that staff were totally uninterested and more worried about clearing up and going home.
A second visit resulted in reception staff informing me that with an hour left it was too late to enter the park as everything would be closed but if we still wanted to go in we could, but a full day ticket would need to be purchased.
I totally understand rules and regulations but the general attitude of the staff is very unpleasant and resulted in two children in tears each time.
