Narrow and Long Park in central Sapporo
大通公园的点评
点评：Super long park with good amenities. Washrooms located at key areas. Lots of benches and places to rest. Fountains, statues, and open spaces. Lots of places to take great photos.
We came during the Lilac Festival.
The ironic thing was, no lilacs anymore. However, they had three festivals happening.
The Sapporo Lilac Festival had amateur fashion shows, dance, and cheerleading exhibitions.
.... and lots of food!!!!
Bear tacos, soup curries, Thai favorites, and all the Japanese favorite food carts, food trucks, and fair food were assembled.
Then the Lilac Wine and Garden Festival was in the next part of the park. A "higher" class of food paired with local wines. Lots of braised beef in wine, pastas, seafood grill... things that go well with wine.
Then the Sapporo Ramen Show was in the next part of the park. It felt like every ramen shop in Sapporo was represented.
We went twice during the day. Once at 10 am, the lineups were not bad. We went back later in the afternoon. The lineups were super long. The food is awesome. We both wished we had bigger stomachs.
It is fair food pricing. Not cheap, but who really cares? You know you are going to pay, but it is still worth the visit.

我们一天去了两次。第一次是早上十点，排队的人不多。第二次是下午，队伍超级长。食物真的太棒了！我们俩都希望自己胃口更大一些。
食物价格合理。不算便宜，但谁会在意呢？你知道肯定要花钱，但还是值得一去。
我们是为了紫丁香花节来的，虽然只看到了几朵花，但我们真的吃得饱饱的。太棒了！
