北海道开拓村的点评
点评：Since, we had bought a combined ticket, our admission to the village was included.
When we went there, it started drizzling. There was a horse cart, but i guess you have book it. In the middle of the road, one can see the tram tracks.
They have created the entire village that includes houses of general people, prominent people, post office, market, place of worship ..etc. You can get a gist of what life was back then. They've tried to include some fun activities like - Cow milking, Hand Pump, manual postcard printing ...etc.
It's very vast and easily takes 2-3 hours, but if you want to explore, take 4-5 hours. We went there on a weekday, so not much crowd was there.
It would be good, it they can keep some staff to guide or explain the various sections.
Best for history enthusiasts and for people who are curious how life was back then.
