A Great Event Made Even Better by Outstanding Service

点评：We had such a great time at Taste of Europa! There were so many wonderful food options, plenty of wine and other beverages to enjoy, along with shopping and entertainment throughout the event. There was so much to experience, and I’m so glad we went.
I especially want to recognize Philip for his outstanding service. At one point, I accidentally dropped my glass of sangria and the wine glass shattered. Philip appeared almost instantly with a broom and took care of everything. Then, without me even asking, he asked what I had been drinking and went and got me a brand-new glass of sangria to replace it.
When I thanked him, he simply said, “My pleasure,” and you could tell he truly meant it. He genuinely seems to enjoy what he does and taking care of guests. That kind of service really stands out and made an already great event even more memorable.
Great job, Europa, and a special thank you to Philip!
