点评:With the "feeling of tranquillity" everywhere on the grounds of this small stone-built medieval church located in the middle of a "wooded area" (pretty much wooded all around in the immediate vicinity of the church grounds as well), it was also a nice 10-to-15-minute time inside according to the time slot for each group of like 8 to 10 people (with just "random people" who happened to be buying their tickets at the same time with you) where after going through the 1st room (with just a few museum-like displays) was really "quite nicely" surprised by these colorful "fresco murals" in both the 2nd room (covering the entire walls on both length-sides & also the rectangular ceiling above) and the 3rd small room in like a round shape all the way at the back; and with "no pics allowed" in the entire interior, the "2 scenes" I recall (kind of memorable ones I would say) are that of "a ship on a stormy water" (in the 2nd room) & that of "likely the Virgin Mary on her death bed with some people around" (in the 3rd room).
After about a 20-minute "tram ride" from in front of Sofia Central Station followed by just about a 5-minute bus ride, I first visited the National History Museum (with its displays nicely organized I would say through the "historical timeline") before taking another bus for about 10 minutes coming up "some winding & uphill way" to this church. And yes, supposedly in the vicinity is some waterfall but which according to a staff (who I inquired) is at a further walk uphill for like 1 km.
