A facade with little in support
Terra Blanca Winery & Estate Vineyard的点评
点评：A gorgeous entrance but once inside we were sorely disappointed. We had 3 different “featured” dishes with the suggested wine pairings. The crostini was limp, fig spread too heavy. The chicken dry and scorched, the bbq pork mushy…all the wines too overpowering for the dish. However the pasta base was lovely.. oh and the wine is expensive.
The staff was attentive but too interested in cleaning up “for closing time” a good hour and a half away. The spray bottle squirts while starting the appetizer was really irritating.
Architecturally the grounds are beautiful and well proportioned but once you get inside it is a disaster, very poor use of space and everything is an illusion. A facade of materials without understanding the pathological discordance. All in all a very disappointing and expensive visit

从建筑角度看，整个园区很美观且比例协调，但一旦进入室内就一团糟——空间利用极其糟糕，一切都是一种幻象罢了。只是堆砌了各种材料作为外表，却完全忽视了内在的不协调性。总而言之，这是一次极其令人失望且花费不菲的参观体验。
