Exceptional Museum & Outstanding Staff Experience!
玛丽罗斯号博物馆，朴茨茅斯古代造船厂的点评
点评：An outstanding museum that has drawn me back many times! Every time I come back, I still find more stuff to see and learn about! It’s an exceptional building and story!
I had a brilliant experience today whereby I wanted to ask some further questions around some of the engravings after I had exited the main museum and entered the gift shop. I was directed to the very helpful and friendly Frankie, who was kind enough to take me back in and around the museum in order to answer my questions. She gladly took me to the specific items I had questions about and even took an interest in my query, leading her to take me to other items that related to the topic of my intrigue. She even took me outside the museum to show me the architecture of the building itself, as this too housed details related to my question. It was a wonderful one-to-one experience with someone who clearly loves what they do!
All in all, I found Frankie to be a fantastic member of staff and an asset to the Mary Rose Museum. She was very personable, exceptionally knowledgeable, and truly passionate about the job she has deservedly earned. Thank you so much, Frankie — you answered all my questions and more! I can now get my cool, history-inspired tattoo!
